Lidiane Kerr

Behavior Therapy

Lidy attended the Instituto Cuiabano de Education - Brazil, where she received a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2006. She moved from Brazil to Montana in 2008 after getting married, and she became a mother in 2010; her second child was born in 2012. Lidy was out of the workforce for a time where she dedicated her life to raising her family. As a stay-at-home mother, Lidy stayed engaged in social and educational activities with her children. Once her children were enrolled in the public educational system, Lidy became an avid volunteer at their school. In 2016 her youngest child was diagnosed with ADHD. As any parents would, Lidy and her husband wanted to give their son the best tools he could have to manage his ADHD. While reading articles to help her understand her son’s disorder, she discovered ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). She fell in love with the field and pursued this career to help other children and their families. Lidy concluded her Master’s in Science in Special Education with Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in July of 2021.
